Where does Areejh deliver?

We deliver across the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are prepared within 1-2 working days. Delivery takes about 2-5 working days in the UAE and 5-10 working days in Saudi Arabia.

Is cash on delivery available?

Yes. Cash on delivery is available on eligible orders in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. Opened or used personal care items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?

Contact us within 7 days with a photo or video of the issue and we will arrange a replacement or a refund.

How do I place an order?

Choose your product on areejh.com, add it to the cart, and check out with your name, address and phone number. You can pay online or choose cash on delivery where available.

How are refunds paid?

Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer, within 5-7 working days after we receive and check the returned item.
